The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Returns After 30 Days (31-60 Days):
Returns are accepted between 31 and 60 days from the delivery date, however, additional charges will apply. These charges may include a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price, as well as the cost of return shipping. The exact amount of these charges will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Return Process:

Obtain an RMA:We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with specific instructions for returning the product to the appropriate supplier. Do not return the product to Turbo Gadgets directly. Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, and returns must be sent to the correct location.
Packaging and Shipping:Carefully package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Supplier Inspection:Upon receiving your return, the supplier will inspect the product to ensure it is in its original condition.
Refund Processing:Once the supplier approves the return, they will notify us. We will then process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Up to 12 Months Warranty
Unlike most electronics stores, Turbo Gadgets is fully confident in the devices we offer for sale – that’s why every device comes with a free warranty. Depending on the device type, the warranty is provided either by the manufacturer or by our vendors with the same terms as the manufacturer’s warranty. In case of any defects observed during the warranty period, your device will be repaired or replaced (in case it’s non-repairable), for free. If the manufacturer or vendor cannot replace or repair the device, we will provide you with a gift card or store credits equal to the device value.
However, please note that if physical damage is observed, the warranty may be voided. In such cases, Turbo Gadgets can offer a repair service, but the associated costs will be borne by the customer.
